Match Employee Gifts

A company can enhance its charitable giving efforts by establishing a Matching Gifts Program!  Many companies match employee charitable contributions as a way to support and encourage philanthropy throughout the entire organization.

A company with a Matching Gifts Program typically matches contributions at a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio.  A matching gift contribution to the Make-A-Wish Foundation is fully tax-deductible for the organization.  Most importantly, a matching gift increases the impact of your employee's generosity.
