Kevin's Gone Wishin'! - Part 1

 

Kevin is a huge fan of the television show, Deadliest Catch, which chronicles the real-life adventures of five Alaskan King Crabbing boats. The bravery of the fisherman on the program has been a constant source of inspiration for Kevin, who approaches his fight against leukemia with a strong, courageous spirit.

 

  

Mesmerized by what he has seen on the show, Kevin wished to go crab fishing in Alaska. Left behind will be the anxiety and uncertainties of the past two years since his diagnosis at age four. Kevin’s adventure will give his entire family renewed optimism and strength to face his illness.

 

 

Captain Kevin has been busy practicing crab fishing in the clinic waiting room and in his backyard. With his younger sister, Hannah, as first mate, he throws his crab pots overboard and waits to see what he will catch. Now, he is eager to discover what his Alaskan adventure holds in store for him!
