Foundation expands to serve the wish children of Rhode Island

This fall brings extraordinary news to share with our family of supporters.  Beginning October 15, 2009, our organization expanded its territory to become the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Massachusetts and Rhode Island! 

The restructured organization will continue to serve Massachusetts children through our offices in Boston and West Springfield.  Our new office in Providence will serve the many children in Rhode Island who also need and deserve wishes.

While we become one organization, the Massachusetts and Rhode Island communities will continue to support their wish children independently.  The time, talent, and resources that you donate will continue to fund wishes for children residing in your state.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation® of America asked Massachusetts to assume this significant responsibility because of our financial health and organizational stability.  In turn, the strength of our organization is a testament to you – our compassionate community of supporters.
